SITE INSPECTIONS are required to investigate & diagnose structural issues or questions.  These may include enquiries around future renovation possibilities, damaged internal or retaining walls, damp issues & waterlogged or sunken earth.

Initial Site Inspection costs approx $400 + GST which includes a letter of findings & any future recommendations.  We can have your letter to you in approximately 5 working days.
